Debora Duran Geiger, ceramic tile artist
Debora Duran Geiger is a 6th generation Santa Fe, NM native. Growing up in the rich and artistical culture of Santa Fe has greatly influenced the art she creates.
Working with tile is a way to depict images of the colorful landscapes, rich history, and northern New Mexico icons in a medium that is permanent and functional.
Being a self taught tile artist, she has exhibited in various top rated national juried art shows throughout the United States. She has created work for many private collections nationally and internationally.
Public installations include the elaborate signage for the new Plaza Guadalupe at the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Francis in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
